Autoferro

It’s about time the FCPyF had some modern rolling stock.

Nothing says “South American Railroad” to me more than the autoferro. Rail-buses are common the world over, even in the UK we have the infamous “Pacers” built from Leyland National body parts on a freight wagon chassis, but in Latin America they really do look like buses!

The cash-strapped Pampas and Fernandez is always on the lookout for a bargain so one of these has been purchased. It’s even got free international postage from China, I do not know how they make money out of it! There are a couple of spare diesel mechanisms on hand that should fit under the bus but I will have to wait until it arrives before adapting one of them for the job.
