This loco is considerably bigger than the “clockwork lemon” featured in yesterday’s post and is primarily intended for use on Muston Sands.

However, it does clear the loading gauge for Farrall Sidings and is seen in the photos above working the staff train at shift change.

Both yellow diesels use the Kato 11-105 chassis.

At under £10 each these mechanisms are excellent value for money, though they do need ballast weight adding before they’ll pull more than a single wagon.
